一次性PVC输液管对舒血宁注射液的吸附作用研究

摘    要:目的:考察一次性PVC输液管与舒血宁注射液是否存在相互吸附作用。方法:将5%葡萄糖溶液与舒血宁注射液按说明书混合,模拟临床滴注,4h内完成滴注,放出混合液,用5%葡萄糖溶液冲洗一次性PVC输液管,在6h内不同时间段收集冲洗液,用紫外分光光度法测定葡萄糖的吸光度。采用相同方法对比玻璃管的吸附作用。结果:6h内葡萄糖的吸光度间RSD均〈3%,一次性PVC输液管与舒血宁注射液间无吸附作用;玻璃管的吸附作用与一次性PVC输液管比较无显著性差异。结论:一次性PVC输液管对舒血宁注射剂无明显吸附作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To investigate whether there was adsorption reaction between disposable PVC transfusion tube and Shuxuening injection or note. METHODS: According to package inserts, 5% Glucose solution mixed with Shuxuening injection to complete clinical dripping within 4 h and then was pour away. Disposable PVC transfusion was flushed with 5% Glucose solution, and flushing fluid was collected at different periods within 6 h. The absorbance of glucose was determined by UV spectrophotometer. Same method was adopted for the determination of adsorption effect of glass tube. RESULTS: The RSD of glucose was less than 3% within 6 h, and there was no adsorption reaction between disposable transfusion tube and Shuxuening injection; there was no significant difference in adsorption effect between glass tube and disposable transfusion tube. CONCLUSION:Disposable transfusion tube has no apparent adsorption effect on Shuxuening injection.
