探讨阑尾切除术对患者胃肠功能的影响

目的探讨阑尾切除术对患者胃肠功能的影响。方法选取该院2011年6月—2012年9期间收治的阑尾患者100例,随机分为两组,每组有患者50例,Ⅰ组患者在腹腔镜下行阑尾切除术,Ⅱ组患者行常规开腹手术,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果、手术时间、术后下床时间、肛门排气时间、胃肠道感染率、住院天数。结果两组患者均治愈出院,Ⅰ组患者的手术时间、术后下床时间、肛门排气时间、住院天数均明显低于Ⅱ组,I组患者均未发生胃肠道感染,Ⅱ组患者发生胃肠道感染4例,经抗感染治疗后康复。结论腹腔镜下行阑尾切除术可以减少对患者胃肠功能的不良影响,值得推广应用。

To explore the effect of appendectomy in patients with gastrointestinal function

Objective To investigate the effect of appendectomy in patients with gastrointestinal function. Methods A total of 100 appendectomy patients in our hospital in 2011 June-2012 years 9 admitted cases, were randomly divided into two groups, each group has 50 patients, patients in group I resection in laparoscopic appendectomy, patients in group II underwent conventional open operation, observe the clinical treatment effect, two groups of patients with operation time, postoperative ambulation time, anal exhaust time, gastrointestinal infection rates, length of hospital stay. Results Two patients were cured, operation time, postoperative patients of group I after getting out of bed time, anal exhaust time, hospital stay were significantly lower than that in I1 group, I group were no incidence of gastrointestinal infection, patients in the II group had gastrointestinal infection in 4 cases, the anti-infection treatment and rehabilitation. Conclusion Laparoscopic appendectomy can reduce the adverse effects on the gastrointestinal function, it is worthy of popularization and application.
