冠心病介入治疗后严重并发症的分析

摘    要:目的探究分析冠心病患者接受介入治疗后严重并发症的防治措施。方法对我所在学习医院2010—2013年收治的冠心病介入治疗患者共100例,对其临床资料以回顾性的方法进行分析。探究其防治方法。结果所有患者均顺利完成冠心病介入治疗,所有患者出现周边血管并发症状共9例,出现冠状动脉穿孔心包填塞以及冠状动脉无血流并发症各1例,出现严重心律失常患者共8例,出现造影剂肾病患者2例,出现过敏反应以及肾功能损害并发症各1例,无患者死亡。结论冠心病介入治疗后需对患者进行密切观察,对其出现的并发症需要采取及时有效的对应处理,大部分并发症均能够有良好的预后效果。

Abstract:Objective To explore the analysis of coronary artery disease patients with severe complications after interventional therapy in the prevention and control measures. Methods Coronary heart disease on my learning hospital in 2010-2013 years were involved in treatment of patients with a total of 100 cases, and the clinical data were analyzed by retrospective method. To explore the methods of prevention and treatment. Results All patients were successfully completed in all patients with interventional therapy of coronary heart disease, peripheral vascular complications were 9 cases, the presence of coronary artery perforation tamponade and no coronary artery blood flow complications in all 1 cases, there were 8 cases of patients with severe arrhytbmia, emergence of contrast-induced nephropathy in patients with 2 cases, allergic reaction and complication of the impairment of renal function in 1 cases, with no deaths. Conclusion Interventional therapy of coronary heart disease after the close observation of the patients, the complications should take corresponding treatment timely and effective, most complications were able to have good effect on prognosis.
