使用骨刺消巴布剂治疗急性软组织损伤临床疗效研究

目的探讨骨刺消巴布剂治疗血管外渗急性软组织损伤临床疗效。方法收集该院血管外渗患者128例,随床号及治疗方法不同分为三组,研究组45例,观察组40例,对照组43例,研究组选择骨刺消巴布剂治疗,观察组选择奴夫卡因湿敷,对照组选择硫酸镁湿敷,观察三组治疗7d疗效及疼痛、肿胀、浮肿体积。结果疼痛对比,研究组高于对照组、低于观察组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05,肿胀及浮肿体积明显优于其它两组,差异显著,P<0.05,总有效率对比,研究组明显高于其它组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论骨刺消巴布剂治疗急性软组织损伤疗效优于传统药物奴夫卡因和硫酸镁,值得临床推广。

The use of Gucixiao Babu agent for treatment of acute soft tissue injury in dinical research

Objective Discussion on Gucixiao Babu agent injury clinical efficacy for treatment of acute soft tissue vascular exosmose. Methods Collected 128 cases of vascular extravasation patients in our hospital, with a bed number and different treatment methods are divided into three groups, study group 45 cases, 40 cases in observation group, 43 cases in the control group, the research group selected Gucixiao Babu agent treatment, the observation group novocaine wet compress, choice of control group magnesium sulfate wet compress, observation of treatment in the three groups the effect of 7D and pain, swelling, edema volume. Results Pain contrast, study group than in the control group, lower than the observation group, the difference was statistically significant, P 〈 0.05, swelling and edema volume was significantly better than the other two groups, significant difference, P 〈 0.05, the total efficiency of contrast, the study group was significantly higher than other groups, significant difference, P 〈0.05. Conclusion Gucixiao Babu agent effect is better than the traditional drug novocaine and magnesium sulfate in the treatment of acute soft tissue injury, is worth the clinical promotion.
