短波紫外线照射对T淋巴细胞的影响

摘    要:用136mJ/cm~2短波紫外线照射小鼠,T细胞转化受抑制,抑制率为56%,此作用照射后12小时最为明显,36小时恢复正常。同等剂量照射下对T辅助细胞产生白介素2及胸腺细胞自发增殖无显著性影响。用特大剂量1085mJ/cm~2照射,T细胞转化无显著变化。

Abstract:The reaction of T lymphocytes to ConA was suppressed after mice were irradiated by UVC in the dosage of I36mJ/cm~2. However, the reaction of T lymphocytes to ConA didn't change significantly following UVC radiation of 1085mJ/cm~2. The suppression was signicant 12 hours after UVC rediation and returned to normal level 36 hours after UVC radiation. The effect of UVC radiation at dosage of 136mJ/cm~2 on IL-2 activity and spontaneous proliferation of thymocytes was significant.
