| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨成人病毒性肝炎患者中柯萨奇病毒B组 (CoxsackievirusB ,CVB)散发性感染状况。方法 :用ELISA法测定病毒性肝炎患者血清中抗CVB -IgM抗体 ,同时应用荧光定量PCR方法测定HBVDNA及HCVRNA含量。结果 :4 5 7例病毒性肝炎患者中抗CVB -IgM阳性 13例 ,其中CVB单独感染者 1例。CVB感染组与阴性对照组在临床表现、肝功能试验、HBVDNA含量等方面相比无明显差异。结论 :病毒性肝炎患者中CVB感染率为 2 .84 % ,其肝炎病原学意义有待进一步研究

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate Coxsackievirus B (CVB) sporadic infection in adult viral hepatitis and its effects on viral hepatitis.Methods:The IgM antibody Coxsackie B virus was assayed using ELISA technique. The viral load of hepatitis B and C was assayed by fluorescent quantitative PCR. The clinical characteristic, liver function and viral load were compared between those infected with Coxsackievirus B and without.Results:Thirteen cases were found with positive anti-CVB-IgM in all patients, of which one was infected by CVB only .The infection rate was 2.84%. No significant difference was discovered between those co-infected with Coxsackievirus B and negative contrasts in clinical manifestations, liver function test and viral load of HBV.Conclusion:The positive rate of IgM anti-CVB was 2.84% in 457 cases of viral hepatitis. Its etiological significance in viral hepatitis requires further study. |
