缺氧损伤神经元的调节与保护

摘    要:神经元是神经系统的基本结构与功能单位,其对缺氧非常敏感。缺氧本身可造成神经元的损伤,但缺氧时神经元内诸多离子以及核酸、蛋白等的变化对缺氧损伤神经元也具有调节保护作用。因此了解缺氧时神经元内的诸多变化对研究缺氧损伤神经元的保护具有重要的意义。

Abstract:The neuron is the basic structural and functional unit of the nervous system,which is very sensitive to hypoxia.Hypoxia can damage the neuron,but the changes of many ions,nucleic acid and protein,etc.in the neuron have the modulatory and protective role in anoxic damaged neurons,during hypoxia. Therefore,understanding many changes in the neuron during hypoxia is significant for the study of protection of the anoxic damaged neurons.
