| 摘 要： | 目的观察新络合剂治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效和对血中超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平的影响。方法将不稳定性心绞痛患者227例随机分为治疗组114例和对照组113例。两组均给予常规西药治疗,治疗组同时加服新络合剂,半个月后观察两组患者心绞痛和心电图的改善情况和hsCRP及LDL-C水平的变化;治疗后6个月两组患者相关心脏事件的发生率等。结果治疗组缓解心绞痛及改善心电图优于对照组;在降低hsCRP和LDL-C水平方面,治疗组亦显示了良好疗效;另外治疗组还降低了相关心脏事件的发生率。结论新络合剂治疗不稳定性心绞痛具有较好的临床疗效。
