摘    要:目的 分析中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜病变(central exudative chorioretinopathy,CEC)黄斑部视网膜下脉络膜新生血管(choroidal neovascularization,CNV)的光学相干断层成像(optical coherence tomography,OCT)的图像特征。方法 应用OCT技术对12例CEC患者进行检测,测量CNV大小及黄斑中心凹视网膜神经上皮层厚度。结果 CEC的OCT图像表现为边界清楚的CNV,呈类圆形、梭形或不规则形的团块,自视网膜色素上皮层向上突起,位于视网膜神经上皮下间隙,呈强反射。12例中7例伴有视网膜神经上皮层脱离或RPE脱离,占58%;11例伴有视网膜水肿和增厚,占92%。结论 OCT检查可以确定CEC病变中CNV的形态、大小及位置,是对FFA检查的有效补充。

Abstract:Objective To study the morphological characteristics of submacular choroidal neovascularization (CNV) in central exudative chorioretinopathy (CEC) using optical coherence tomography (OCT). Methods Using OCT, we examined 12 patients with CEC. The size of CNV and the thickness of retinal neurosensory layer in foveola were measured. Results CNV appeared in subsensory retinal space anterior to retinal pigment epithelium as a highly reflective round or fusiform or irregular mass,which protruded from the retinal pigment epithelium. 7 of 12 patients were associated with neurosensory retinal detachment or pigment epithelium detachment (58%) and 11 patients with edema and thickening of sensory retina(92%). Conclusion OCT can be used to confirm the morphological features, location and size of submacular CNV,as an important complementary examination of fundus fluorescein angiography.
