| 摘 要： | 目的观察补肾益气和血方对胚泡着床障碍小鼠子宫内膜腺体凋亡的影响。方法通过给8～12周龄昆明小鼠于妊娠第4天皮下注射米非司酮造成胚泡着床障碍模型,采用TUNEL法分析各组小鼠子宫内膜腺体的凋亡情况,采用免疫组化方法检测各组小鼠子宫内膜腺体的增殖情况以及bax和bcl-2蛋白表达情况。结果模型组妊娠率和平均着床胚泡数均显著降低(P＜0．05,P＜0．01)；治疗组的妊娠率及平均着床胚泡数均较模型组显著提高(P＜0．05,P＜0．01)。模型组子宫内膜腺体增殖指数(PI)明显高于正常组(P＜0．01)；治疗组与模型组相比,腺体PI明显降低(P＜0．01),与正常组比较差异无显著性。模型组子宫内膜腺体凋亡指数(AI)明显低于正常组(P＜0．05)；治疗组与模型组相比,腺体AI明显增高(P＜0．01),与正常组比较差异无显著性；各组子宫内膜基质细胞PI和AI差异均无显著性。模型组子宫内膜腺体中bax蛋白显著低于正常组(P＜0．01)；治疗组则显著高于模型组(P＜0．01)；治疗组与正常组比较差异无显著性。结论子宫内膜腺体细胞凋亡不足、增殖亢进可能是米非司酮诱导胚泡着床障碍的机理之一；促进子宫内膜腺体中bax的表达,使植...
