河南省新乡医学院第一附属医院入院肿瘤患者构成分析

目的 :了解我院就诊肿瘤患者的肿瘤构成情况。方法 :回顾性调查了 1996年 12月～ 2 0 0 2年 12月我院收治恶性肿瘤患者 63 80例。结果 :在63 80例患者中 ,食管癌构成比最高 ,占 2 9 7%( 1893 /63 80 ) ,其次是胃癌和肺癌 ,分别占 2 0 3 %( 12 93 /63 80 )和 17 4% ( 1112 /63 80 )。男性前 3位肿瘤依次为食管癌 ( 2 9 9% )、胃癌 ( 2 5 4% )和肺癌 ( 2 0 5 % ) ,在女性中位于前 3位恶性肿瘤依次为食管癌 ( 2 9 4% )、乳腺癌 ( 19 2 % )和肺癌 ( 12 5 % )。随年龄增长 ,恶性肿瘤患者的构成比增加 ,但≥ 70岁患病比例有所下降。结论 :食管癌仍然是威胁该地区最重要疾病 ,肺癌构成比呈上升趋势

Analysis of constituent ratio to hospitalization patients with malignant tumors from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University

OBJECTIVE:To explore the constituent condition of malignant tumors in hospitalization patients. METHODS: Retrospective analysis was completed for 6 380 cases of malignant tumors from December 1996 to December 2002. RESULTS: In all the cases, constituent ratio of esophageal carcinoma was the highest, occupying 29.7%,and gastric and lung cancer was secondary,20.4% and 17.6% respectively. Constituent ratio of malignant tumors was increased with the old age, however, the ratio was decreased from 70 years old. CONCLUSION: Alimentary carcinoma was yet the important disease threatening health and the ratio of lung cancer shows an ascending trend.
