| 摘 要： | 目的：脑卒中是一种严重的致残性疾患,随着医疗急救水平的不断提高,脑卒中患者的死亡率逐渐降低,而因脑卒中致残的患者逐年增多。本临床研究早期运用Rood疗法对脑卒中患者运动恢复的疗效进行观察。方法：运用Rood疗法对35例脑卒中患者进行康复训练。结论：患者的运动功能评分（FMA评分）,较未进行正规康复训练的脑卒中患者的运动功能评分（FMA评分）有极显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论：早期运用Rood疗法对脑卒中患者运动功能恢复有明显的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: Stroke is such a serious disease which would cause patients being disabled, with the development of medical treatment level, the death rates of stroke have been decreased progressively, But the disabled are increasing with years.Methods: This clinical study use Rood method to train 35 patients with stroke, Aim to estimate the disabled abilities after rehabilitation train.Results: The results show the FMA index of trained patients have make disparity than normal patients(P<0.01).Conclusion:The stroke patients can get remarkable curative effect after using Rood methods in early stage, especially in their move ability. |
