| 摘 要： | 应用Ｒｅｉｄ等宫颈ＨＰＶ感染形态学诊断计分标准，对阴茎尖锐湿疣（１７例）、荫茎“乳头状瘤”（７例）及阴茎癌进行组织学评分，并将评分结果与ＤＮＡ杂交结果对比，两者有较高的符合率。此标准是简单易行而且结果较可靠的ＨＰＶ感染病变诊断标准，值得在临床诊断中推广应用。

| Abstract: | Histological valuation nf 48 cases of penile proliferative lesions (17 condyloma acuminatum, 7 papilioma and 24 carcinoma) was carried out using the histological scoring system according to Reid et al. The results of histological scoring were highly coincidental with those of DNA hybridization.It is indicated that the histological scoring system is a simple,rapid and reliable method for diagnosis of human papillomavirus diseases. |
