| 摘 要： | 用减数法观察了３０例原发性血小板减少性紫癜（ＩＴＰ）患儿外周血Ｔ双标记细胞（ＤＬＣ）的分布及ＤＬＣ分别与血小板计数（ＰＣ）、血小板表面相关抗体ＩｇＧ（ＰＡＩｇＧ）、ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ＋Ｔ细胞及ＨＬＡ─ＤＱ＋Ｔ细胞的关系。发现：ＩＴＰ患儿的ＤＬＣ较正常对照组显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。ＤＬＣ与ＰＡＩｇＧ、ＨＬＡ─ＤＲ＋Ｔ及ＨＬＡ─ＤＱ＋Ｔ均呈显著正相关（Ｐ分别＜０．０５、０．０５及０．０１），与ＰＣ呈负相关（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示ＤＬＣ在外周血中的大量出现与ＩＴＰ发病密切相关。
