摘    要:胃黏膜血流(Gastric mucosal blood flow,GMBF)的稳定对于黏膜的完整性具有极其重要的作用。胃血流量可受到全身系统性调节以及局部代谢因子如前列腺素、细胞因子及内源性化学因子包括ET和NO的调节,这些内皮细胞衍生因子之间的不平衡在胃黏膜损伤的发展中起着重要作用。一氧化氮(MacNaughton,NO)和内皮素(endothelin,ET)在胃黏膜损伤中的作用与关系,笔者做一综述。

Abstract:Gastric mucosal blood flow(GMBF)stability plays a key role in complete mucosa.Gastric blood flow is regulated by the whole body and local metabolic factors,such as PG and endogenous chemical factors including ET and No;the balance among these factors has much function in developing mucosa injury.The function and relation of them is stated here.
