| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清胃蛋白酶原PGⅠ、PGⅡ在胃癌治疗过程中的变化及其临床意义。方法用ELISA法检测126例胃癌患者手术前后和41例复发患者以及30例健康体检者(对照组)血清PGⅠ、PGⅡ含量,并计算PGR(PGⅠ/PGⅡ)值。结果胃癌组手术前血清胃蛋白酶原PGⅠ、PGⅡ含量与对照组存在差异(P<0.05),在胃癌不同病理分期中没有差异。手术后PGⅠ、PGⅡ浓度与手术前相比在全胃切除组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),在部分胃切除组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复发、转移者中血清PGⅠ、PGⅡ含量与手术后相比在全胃切除组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在部分胃切除组差异无统计学意义。结论血清PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平与胃癌病理分期无关,与诊断、复发有关,监测其变化可作为胃癌全胃切除术后随诊的一项血清学指标。
