医疗保险支付方式改革对费用控制的影响分析

总结了我国6城市医疗保险支付方式变革的效果 ,同时针对存在的问题 ,提出费用结算办法 ;研究表明医疗保险支付制度改革对费用控制具有正向作用 ,但作用仍有其局限性。医疗保险部门改革支付方式的目标应当是在保证医疗质量的前提下 ,全面控制医药费用的不合理增长 ,否则就不能说是成功的。

Analyzing the effect of payment pattern reform of medical insurance on expenditure control

Summarizing the effects and problems of payment pattern reform of medical insurance in six cities, the author presented the methods of expenditure settlement. The study showed that payment pattern reform of medical insurance had positive effect on expenditure control with some limitations. It should be the goal of medical insurance department reforming payment patterns that controlling irrational increase of the medical expenditure generally under insuring medical quality. Otherwise, the reform would fail.
