出口梗阻型便秘25例治疗体会

目的:探讨直肠瓣缝扎术配合白术水煎液口服治疗出口梗阻型便秘的治疗效果。方法:对25例出口梗阻型便秘患者实行直肠瓣缝扎术,术后予白术水煎液口服7天,观察并记录治疗前后的便秘积分。结果:本组有21例全部治愈,4例好转,有效率为100%;治疗前后各症状积分比较,治疗后均优于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:直肠瓣结扎术治疗配合白术水煎液出口梗阻型便秘,效果可靠,操作简单,术后痛苦小,并发症少。

Treatment experiences in 25 patients with outlet obstruction constipation

Objective:To explore the effect of rectal flap ligation combined with Baizhu decoction for patients with outlet obstruction constipation.Methods:25 patients with outlet obstructive constipation were performed rectal flap ligtion combined with continuously Baizhu decoction for 7 days in which the constipation scores were recorded before and after treatment.Results:21 cases were cured,4 cases became better,total effective rate was 100% and the constipation scores recorded before treatment was lower than that after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treatment of rectal flap ligation combined with Baizhu decoction for outlet obstructive constipation patient is simple to be applied with reliable effect,less postoperative pain and complications.
