| 摘 要： | 目的:护理干预对肝内胆管结石患者术后疼痛的影响。方法:将100例肝内胆管结石手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各组50病例,对照组患者术后按肝内胆管结石患者术后护理常规进行护理,观察组在此基础上结合应用VAS标准做出术后疼痛评估后采取有针对性护理干预措施,然后观察比较两组术后疼痛情况。结果:两组患者术后24小时疼痛程度比较,观察组患者疼痛程度明显低于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预有效地缓解肝内胆管结石术后患者的疼痛,促进机体早日康复,值得在手术科室推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:Nursing intervention on patients with hepatolithiasis the influence of postoperative pain.Methods:100 patients with hepatolithiasis were randomly divided into trial group and control group,the 50 cases,surgery patients in patients with hepatolithiasis routine postoperative nursing care,the observation group based on this standard application VAS a postoperative pain after evaluating to adopt targeted nursing intervention measures,and then watch compare two sets of postoperative pain.Results:The two groups of patients after 24 hours is pain,the observation group patients significantly less pain control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention alleviates intrahepatic bile duct postoperative patients pain,promote the body recover soon,is worth in the operation department promotion. |
