血水草白屈菜红碱杀灭日本血吸虫尾蚴预防感染的研究

目的:探讨血水草白屈菜红碱(Chelerythrine,CHE)杀灭尾蚴、预防日本血吸虫感染的保护性效果。方法:实验室配置浓度分别为100 mg/L,50 mg/L,25 mg/L,12.5 mg/L,6.25 mg/L,3.125 mg/L的CHE溶液,采用玻片法灭蚴,观察15 min,30 min,60 min,120 min时尾蚴的死亡率;实验室防护动物血吸虫感染的实验,所用CHE溶液浓度同前。结果:尾蚴接触药物25 mg/L,60 min死亡率为88%,50 mg/L、60 min死亡率为100%。100 mg/L组药物浸杀尾蚴30 min后,对小鼠的防护率为100%;50 mg/L组药物浸杀尾蚴30min的防护率为82.35%。结论:CHE具有杀灭日本血吸虫尾蚴的作用。

Experimental study on the effects of Chelerythrine from Eomecon chionantha Hance in eliminating Schistosoma japonicum cercaria and protection against schistosomiasis

Objective To explore the killing effect of CHE on Schistosoma japonicum cercariae and protection against infection of Schistosoma japonicum.Methods Different concentrations of CHE solution(100mg/L,50mg/L,25mg/L、12.5mg/L,6.25mg/L and 3.125mg/L) were prepared and used for immersing cercariae in the laboratory.Then,observing the mortality rates of cercariae of different immersing time(15min、30 min、60 min and 120 min).Another goal is to investigate the CHE’s protective effect against infection with schistosoma in the laboratory.Results The mortality rates of cercariae after a 60 min contact with the CHE solution with the concentrations of 25mg/L and 50mg/L are 88% and 100%.The protective rates of mice after a 30 min contact with solutions of 100mg/L and 50mg/L are respectively 100% and 82.35%.Conclusion CHE possesses the effect in killing Schistosoma japonicum cercaria and preventing infection of Schistosoma japonicum.
