| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨乐福至长期用药后对大鼠肝，肾功能的影响。方法 选用Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠，分为２０ｇ／ｋｇ，１０ｇ／ｋｇ，１ｇ／ｋｇ三剂量组和一个对照组，连续口服给药６０ｄ，分别在给药约束和停药７ｄ后进行肝、肾功能检测。结果 中、小剂量组对肝，肾功能无明显的毒性作用，大剂量对肝功能有一定的损害，并有促进尿素氮排泄的作用。结论 乐福至在相当于人用量５０倍时对大鼠肝，肾功能皆无毒性。大于此剂量可对肝脏有轻度的损伤

| Abstract: | Objectine To explore the effect of Luvos on renal and liver functions in rats.Methods The Wistar rats were divided into three dose groups and a control group,luvos was continuously administered for 60 days,and their renal and liver functions were respectively measured.Result Medium and small doses did not show toxic action on the kidney or the liver,but large doses showed mild lesions on the liver and promoted excretion of BUN.Conclusion Luvos has not toxic effects on the kidney or the liver when it is administered in normal clinical doses. |
