| 摘 要： | 目的 研究人巨细胞病毒与膀胱移行细胞癌的关系。方法 采用PCR方法检测了 75例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中人巨细胞病毒的感染情况。结果 44 %的膀胱移行细胞癌组织中HCMVDNA阳性 ,与对照组相比 ,有显著性差异。人巨细胞病毒感染与膀胱癌病理分级和临床分期间有密切的关系 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 人巨细胞病毒感染可能与膀胱癌的发生有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship of bladder transitional cell carcinoma with human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) infection . Methods We used polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to test HCMV infection of 75 cases with bladder transitional cell carcinoma. Results The positive rate of HCMV was 44% (33/75) in bladder cancer tissue, the positive rate of HCMV infection was significantly higher than that of nonmetastasis group. Conclusion These results implicate that the occurrence and development of bladder transitional cell carcinoma may be closely related to HCMV infection. |
