| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨核仁组成区嗜银颗粒的计数对于区别乳腺及甲状腺良恶性病变的诊断价值。方法 采用针吸细胞技术对乳腺及甲状腺病变穿刺标本进行核心仁组成区嗜银颗粒定量分析研究。结果 ４３例不同类型乳腺癌，嗜银颗粒平均值４．４０（Ｐ〈０．０１），１２例乳腺上皮良性增生，平均值２．９０，４５例不同类型甲状腺癌，嗜银颗粒平均值３．５０（Ｐ〈０．０１），１０例甲状腺上皮良性增生，平均值１．７７，良，恶性肿瘤细嗜银颗粒的

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of AgNOR counts in benign and malignant lesions of breast and thyroid.Methods The quantitative analysis of AgNOR for aspirating samples of breast and thyroid neoplasms were detcted by fine-needle aspiration smears.Results Average value of AgNOR were 4.40(P<0.01) in 43 breast carcinomas,3.50 in 45 thyroid carcinomas,and bycontrast,2.90 in 12 epithelium benign hyperplasia of breast,1.77 in 10 epithelium benign hyperplasia of thyroid.The volume and figure of AgNOR granules were quite different in benign and malignant tumor cells.Conclusions The count of AgNOR may be of value in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors of breast and thyroid.The complex analysis of average value and percentage of large,middle and heterogeneous granules will be significent for differential diagnosis of breast and thyroid neoplasms. |
