小儿支气管肺炎红细胞免疫功能T细胞亚群与自由基关系的研究

摘    要:目的探讨支气管肺炎患儿红细胞免疫功能、T细胞亚群与自由基的关系。方法红细胞酵母多糖花环法、APAAP酶联法、RIA法和化学法分别检测91例支气管肺炎患儿和38例健康儿红细胞C3b受体花环、红细胞免疫复合物花环、T细胞亚群、超氧化物歧化酶及丙二醛。采用SPSS/PC软件包进行统计分析及相关性研究。结果肺炎患儿红细胞免疫功能降低,同时伴有总T淋巴细胞(CD3)、辅助性T细胞(CD4)和SOD降低。红细胞免疫功能与抑制性T细胞(CD8)和丙二醛呈负相关,与超氧化物歧化酶呈正相关。结论支气管肺炎患儿同时存在红细胞和T细胞双重免疫功能障碍。加用自由基清除剂可改善红细胞和T细胞的免疫功能。

Abstract:Objective To study the relations between the red blood cell immune function.T lymphocyte subpopulation and free radical in children with bronchial pneumonia.Method The red cell recelptor rosette (RCRR),red cell immune complex rosette (RICR),T lymphocyte subpopulation,SOD and MDA were assayed in 91 children with bronchial pneumonia and 38 health control cases using ELISA, radiommunoassay (RLA) and chemical method.Results The red blood cell immune function of children with pneumonia,accompanied at the same time by lower CD 3, CD 4 cells and SOD.There was a negative correlation for red blood cell immune function with CD 8 and MDA while there was a positive correlation with SOD.Conclusion There was the double dysfunction of red cell immunology and T cells and the increase of the free radical level.The free radical scavenger could improve the unbalance of the immune functions of RBC and T cells.
