人类基因增强的概念和伦理、管理问题

有关“基因增强”概念界定是一个有争议的问题,笔者分析了一个为多数人认同的定义中存在的问题。此外,文章指出“非医学目的基因增强”在科学上依据不充分;在伦理上,现有的论证方式也有不足之处,还对一种典型的观点进行了反论证。最后,笔者认为,在管理上,“禁不住”不是证明非医学目的基因增强的正当理由。
