| 摘 要： | 目的探讨语言发育迟缓儿童脑电图 (EEG)改变及临床意义。方法分析 78例语言发育迟缓患儿的EEG变化 ,并与正常儿童作对照分析。结果语言发育迟缓组脑电图异常率和语言正常组脑电图异常率分别为 67 9%和 10 % (P <0 0 0 1)。结论EEG对了解脑功能发育状况有一定帮助。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo find out the electroencephalogram(EEG)change of the children with language retardation.MethodsThe EEG change and prognosis of 78 cases of language retardation children were analysed and compared with normal ones.ResultsThe EEG abnormal rate of language retardation was 69.3%,while that of the normal children was 10%( P<0.001).Conclusions The EEG is helpful to understand the developmental status of brain functions. |
