摘    要:目的 了解我国艾滋病(AIDS)并发症的发生情况。方法 对广州市第八人民医院1995~2001年期间收治的90例AIDS病人并发症的发生情况进行回顾性分析。结果 并发症发生部位多系统受累者达86.6%,以消化、呼吸、血液和淋巴系统为主。并发症依次为细菌性肺炎、口腔毛状粘膜白斑、鹅口疮、各种感染性腹泻、贫血和消耗综合症。机会性感染占所有并发症的80.6%。卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎、弓形虫、隐孢子虫、巨细胞病毒和恶性肿瘤的发病率均较低。结论 我国AIDS并发症和机会性感染病原体与国外报告相差较大,应结合实际有针对性地预防和及时治疗并发症。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the situation of complications in Chinese patients with AIDS. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed in 90 AIDS patients hospitalized from 1995 to 2001. Results Complications mainly occurred in digestive, respiratory, blood and lymph systems.The rate of multi-system involvement was high with the percentage of 86.6% .Among the complications, the freguency of bacterial pneumonia ranked the first, oral hairy leukoplakia(OHL) ranked the second, followed by oral candidiasis, infectious diarrhea, anemia and consumption syndrome.Opportunistic infection accounted for 80.6% of all the complications.Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia (PCP), toxoplasma infection, cryptosporidiosis infection and cytomegalovirus infection and malignant tumors are less often. Conclusion There is a big difference in the pattern of complications and pathogens of opportunistic infection between Chinese and foreign AIDS patients. Measures for prevention and treatment should based on Chinese situation.
