| 摘 要： | 目的:观察人肝脏间质树突状细胞(DC)的形态、数量和分布特点,为进一步认识DC在肝脏免疫微环境中的构成特点提供依据。方法:运用光镜、电镜观察与免疫组化标记(CD11c、CD205、CD209)方法,观察研究人体肝脏间质DC的形态、数量和分布。结果:人肝脏间质DC超微形态具有特征性的胞质突起,细胞器不发达;CD11c标记DC的阳性率为(1.80±0.35)%,集中分布于肝汇管区、中央静脉旁和肝被膜下间质中;表达CD205和CD209的成熟DC含量较少,其阳性率分别为(1.33±0.21)%和(1.15±0.16)%,多位于肝汇管区血管周围。结论:间质DC是一种免疫前哨细胞,是肝脏免疫微环境的重要组成部分。
