摘    要:目的:利用COI序列对金钱白花蛇及其常见混伪品进行DNA条形码鉴别,考察其可行性.方法:对金钱白花蛇及其混伪品共4个种11份样品的COI条形码序列进行研究,分析药材正品来源的种内变异,与混伪品的种间变异,以及系统树中物种的聚类情况.结果:银环蛇COI序列种内变异较小,最大K-2P距离为0.0185,与混伪品的种间序列差...

Abstract:The COI barcode sequences have been utilized to distinguish Bungarus parvus from its adulterants.The COI barcode sequences of 11 samples from 4 species of Bungarus parvus and its adulterants were amplified and sequenced.The intra-specific variation and the inter-specific divergence were calculated and the cluster dendrogram was constructed.The results showed that the intra-specific sequence variation of Bungarus multicinctus,the origin animal of Bungarus parvus,exhibited low and the maximum intra-specific K-2P distance was 0.0185.The inter-specific sequence divergence between B.multicinctus and its adulterants exhibited high.The minimum inter-specific K-2P distance was 0.1561.The cluster dendrogram constructed can be seen that the same genus is together,and the different species separated well.B.multicinctus and adulterants can be distinguished obviously by COI sequences.It is concluded that Bungarus parvus and its adulterants can be correctly identified by using COI barcode sequence.This study offered a new tool to identify Bangarus parvus from its adulterants.The COI region is potentially to be used in the identification of other animal species in traditional Chinese medicine.
