新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病高压氧治疗前后S100B蛋白水平研究

摘    要:目的探讨高压氧治疗对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿血S100B蛋白水平的影响及临床意义。方法将72例中、重度HIE患儿随机分为两组,常规治疗组给予常规支持及对症治疗,高压氧治疗组在此基础上加用高压氧治疗。采用酶联免疫吸附试验双抗体夹心法动态检测72例HIE患儿血S100B蛋白治疗前后变化,并加以比较分析。结果高压氧治疗组疗效明显优于常规治疗组(P〈0.05);经治疗后,两组患儿S100B蛋白水平均有下降,高压氧治疗组血S100B蛋白降低幅度明显大于常规治疗组(P〈0.05);治疗后S100B蛋白下降幅度与治疗效果具有相关性(P〈0.05)。结论高压氧治疗能明显降低HIE患儿血S100B蛋白水平,可通过检测血S100B蛋白的浓度来判断高压氧治疗的效果及预后。

Research on treating hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy by hyperbaric oxygen treatment and the changes of S100B protein levels

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of blood S100B protein levels in hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) by hyperbaric oxygen treatment(HBOT) and clinical significance.Methods Seventy-two neonates with HIE were divided into two groups.Routine treatment group were intervened with the conventional treatment,HBOT group in addition to the conventional treatment.Blood S100B protein levels in seventy-two cases of HIE were detected by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay double antibody sandwich.Results HBOT group was significantly better than conventional treatment group(P0.05).The decrease drange of blood S100B protein levels in HBOT group were significantly higher than routine therapy group(P0.05).The decrease drange of blood S100B protein levels in Markedly effective group were significantly higher than effective group(P0.05).Conclusions HBOT can reduce the production of S100B protein.HBOT is an effective therapy for hypoxic and ischemic brain damage.
