摘    要:目的:探讨快速、准确鉴定鳖甲及其混伪品的方法.方法:本文对中华鳖及其混伪品的COI序列用MEGA 4.0等软件进行遗传距离等分析,并构建中华鳖及其混伪品的NJ树.结果:中华鳖种内COI序列变异很小,种间存在较多的变异位点,种间的遗传距离显著大于种内的遗传距离.由所构建的系统聚类树图可以看出,同属聚在一起,且各物种又形成...

Abstract:This study aimed to quickly and accurately differentiate Trionyx sinensis from its adulterants by using COI barcode.Genetic distances of COI sequences of Trionyx sinensis and its adulterants were analyzed by MEGA 4.0 and the NJ tree was constructed.The results showed that the intra-specific variation of T.sinensis exhibited low and the inter-specific divergence exhibited high.The inter-specific divergences were higher than the intra-specific variations.The cluster dendrogram showed that the same genus is together,the different species separated well,and basically support higher rate.It is concluded that as a DNA barcode,COI sequence is able to distinguish the Trionyx sinensis from its adulterants accurately.
