青海省人体重要肠道线虫感染现状调查

目的　了解和掌握青海省人体重要肠道寄生线虫流行现状。　方法　应用改良加藤厚涂片法和透明胶带肛拭法镜检肠道线虫。　结果　查出人体肠道线虫 3种 ,各虫种感染率分别为 :蛔虫 8.89% (95 0 /10 688)、蛲虫 6.65 % (12 2 /183 4)和鞭虫 0 .0 6% (6/10 688) ;男、女蛔虫感染率分别为 8.0 2 % (4 15 /5 177)、9.71% (5 3 5 /5 5 11) ,蛲虫感染率分别为6.49% (62 /95 5 )、6.83 % (60 /879)。蛔虫感染率不同地区、性别、年龄、民族、职业间差异均有极显著意义 (P <0 .0 0 5 ) ;蛲虫感染率各地区间差异有极显著意义 (P <0 .0 0 5 ) ,不同年龄感染率差异也有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。　结论　青海省人体蛔虫和蛲虫感染率较高 ,危害较为严重。应积极普及健康教育 ,加强学校和幼儿机构蛔、蛲虫病防治。

A SURVEY ON THE INFECTION OF MAIN HUMAN INTESTINAL NEMATODE IN QINGHAI PROVINCE

Objective To investigate the epidemiological situation of the main human intestinal nematode infection in Qinghai Province. Methods Modified Kato-Katz's thick smear and cellophane tape swab techniques were used for detection of human intestinal parasite infection. Results 3 species of nematodes were detected. The infection rates of Ascaris lumbricoides, Trichuris trichiura and Enterobius vermicularis were 8.89%, 0.06% and 6.65%, respectively. The infection rates of A. lumbricoides were 8.02% in men and 9.71% in women. The infection rates of E. vermicularis were 6.49% in male and 6.83% in female. The infection rates of A. lumbricoides were significantly different among different areas, sexes, age groups, ethnic groups and occupations. The infection rates of E. vermicularis were significantly different among different areas and age groups. Conclusion Human infection of A. lumbricoides and E. vermicularis were severe in Qinghai Province. Health education, parasites control in schools and nurserys should be strengthened.
