多裂叶荆芥穗茎中微量元素的测定

摘    要:多裂叶荆芥穗和茎经灰化处理,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了zn、Mg、ca、cu、等12种微量元素的含量。极谱法测定了Mo、Co、结果表明穗中微量元素含量远高于茎。分析硒含量采用混合酸处理样品,加入DAN后生成有机硒化合物,经萃取用荧光分光度法可确定硒(Ⅳ)的含量。

Abstract:Dried and pulverized spikes and stems of Schizonepeta multifida (L) Briq were burned to ashes in quartz crucible. Quantitative analyses of 12 trace ele-ments, including Zn, Mg, Ca, Cu etc. were carried out with flame atomic absorbed spectrum respectively. Polarographic method was used to detect Mo and Co. Results showed that quantity of all these trace elements contained in the spikes was far more than that in the stems,After the Se sample was treat-ed with mixed acid and DAN was added to the sample, organic Se compound was formed. By extraction with cyclohexane, organic selenium was analysed by measuring its fluorescence intensity.
