某农药厂2008年职业健康检查结果分析

目的了解某农药厂职业健康状况。方法依据《职业健康监护技术规范》1],对该企业从事有毒有害作业的工人进行针对性的职业健康检查,依据《尘肺病诊断标准》(GBZ70-2002)2]、《职业性苯中毒诊断标准》(GBZ68-2002)3],诊断有无尘肺、苯中毒;依据《工作场所空气中有毒物质监测的采样规范》(GBZ159)等法规进行现场职业危害因素检测。结果粉尘、苯系物、氯化氢、氢氧化钠等作业岗位有害因素共17个监测点51项次检测全部合格;职业健康检查受检率100%,受检人员异常检出率为:高血压6.4%、血常规10.4%、肝功能4.3%、B超14.7%、心电图3.1%、胸片11.9%、肺功能2.4%;结论血常规和胸片检查的异常检出率分别达10.4%和11.9%,表明该企业存在较明显的毒物和粉尘的职业健康损害,原因有待进一步调查研究。
