侧隐窝阻滞配合定点旋转复位法治疗腰椎间盘突出60例临床观察

目的主要观察侧隐窝阻滞配合定点旋转复位法治疗腰突症的临床疗效。方法随机选择416例腰突症患者分成3组：对照Ⅰ组（侧隐窝阻滞组）90例、对照Ⅱ组（定点旋转复位组）90例、观察组（侧隐窝阻滞配合定点旋转复位法组）236例，观察治疗效果。治疗前、后分别按“腰椎疾患治疗成绩评分表”评分，对测评结果进行统计学分析。对治疗前后成绩评分。结果3组治疗前后评分，观察组优于2对照组（P〈0．001）；3组疗效比较，观察组明显优于2对照组（P〈0．05）；3组治疗后评分均比治疗前分值差异有显著性（P〈0．001）。结论侧隐窝阻滞配合定点旋转复位法治疗腰椎间盘突出具有操作简单、安全、疗效高。

Clinical observation of laterai nerve block and a special spinal manipuation for treatment of lumbar disc herniation

Objective To investigate the clinical outcomes in patients with lumbar disk herniation（LDH） treated with lateral nerve block and a specical spinal manipulation. Methods Methods：416 patients with lumbar disk herniation were randomly divided respectively into 3 groups ：a control groupI（ lateral nerve block group）of 90 cases, a control grouplI（a specical spinal manipulation group）of 90 cases and an observation group（lateral nerve block and a specical spinal manipulation）of 236 cases,and their therapeutic effects were observed . Evaluate on the of according in criterion of the disease of the lumber. The data was expressed as mean S. E. M. Results Grades before and after treatmengt：The results of the observation group is markly better as compared to the two control groups,there was significant difference in the group of rating scale （P 〈 O. 001 ）. The results of the observation group was markly better as compared to the two control groups,there was significant difference in the group of therapeutic （P 〈0.05）. There is significant difference in three groups （P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion lateral nerve block and a speeical spinal manipulation for treatment of LDH has the dvantages of simple manipulation, high safety and good efficacy.
