不同载体碘伏的杀菌效果比较

ＥＤＡ－Ⅰ是以季铵为载体的络合碘，ＰＶＰ－Ⅰ是以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为载体者。采用菌片定量杀菌试验，对两者杀菌作用进行了比较。均以有效碘 １００ｍｇ／Ｌ溶液对大肠杆菌作用１０ｍｉｎ，对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌作用 ２０ ｍｉｎ，杀灭率均达 １００％。 ２５％～５０％小牛血清对 ＰＶＰ－Ⅰ杀菌作用的影响较对ＥＤＡ－Ⅰ者大。在５４℃存放１４ ｄ，ＥＤＡ－Ⅰ与ＰＶＰ－Ⅰ有效碘下降率分别为８．８３％与６．７７％。

EXPERIMENTAL COMPARISON OF GERMICIDAL EFFICACY OF IODOPHOR USING DIFFERENT CARRIERS

EDA-I is complex iodine with quarternary ammonium as carrier and PVP-I uses polyvinylpyrrolidone as carrier. Bacterial carrier quantitative germicidal test was used to compare the germicidal efficacy of these two iodophor. Solution of either iodophor containing available iodine 100 mg / L could kill 100% of Escherichia coli after 10 min contact and 100% of Staphylococcus aureus or Candida albicans after 20 min contact. The influence of 25%-50% calf serum was greater on germicidal efficacy of PVP-I than on that of EDA-I. After storing at 54℃ for 14 days, the rates of decrease in available iodine of EDA-I and PVP-I were 8.83% and 6.77% respectively.
