过氧化氢加合物制备及其杀菌效果观察

摘    要:目的过氧化氢加合物是由硫酸钠-过氧化氢-氯化钠通过特殊工艺制备而成,了解该加合物的杀菌效果及毒性。方法在实验室进行了悬液定量杀菌试验和动物试验。结果以含过氧化氢2.7g/L的该加合物溶液对悬液中大肠杆菌作用10min,平均杀灭率为99.999%。以5.4g/L过氧化氢的该加合物溶液对悬液中金黄色葡萄球菌作用20min,平均杀灭率为99.96%。过氧化氢加合物对动物皮肤刺激指数最高为0.4,属于无刺激性。将该加合物原液密封于54℃储存14d,过氧化氢含量下降率为1.23%。结论过氧化氢加合物具有良好的杀菌效果,性能稳定,对皮肤无刺激性。

Abstract:Objective To know the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of hydrogen peroxide adduct prepared from sodium sulfate-hydrogen peroxide-sodium chloride by special technology. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal experiment were carried out in laboratory. Results The adduct solution containing hydrogen peroxide 2.7 g/L with a 10 min contact time killed 99.999% in average of Escherichia coli in suspension. The adduct solution containing hydrogen peroxide 5.4 g/L with a 20 min contact killed 99.96% in average of Staphylococcus aureus in suspension. The animal skin irritation index of the hydrogen peroxide adduct was 0.4 in maximum, which belongs to unirritating substances. After the stock solution of the adduct in airtight packing was stored at 54℃ for 14 days, its hydrogen peroxide content decreased by 1.23%. Conclusion Hydrogen peroxide adduct has good germicidal efficacy and stability and is unirritating to skin.
