越鞠泡腾颗粒剂提取工艺的优化

摘    要:目的优化越鞠泡腾颗粒的提取工艺。方法采用正交实验设计方法,以水为溶媒进行回流提取。采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定回流提取物中栀子苷的含量,并以此作为评价指标对回流提取工艺中的溶媒用量、提取时间及提取次数进行优化。结果较优提取工艺为加入10倍量的水浸泡60min,回流提取30min。结论该提取工艺比较简便,合理可行。

Abstract:Objective To optimize extraction process for Yueju Effervescent Granules. Methods The quantity of solvents, time, and number for extraction were optimized by orthogonal design with the content of Gradenoside in the extract as the index. In the experiment, the content of Gradenoside in the extract was measured by HPLC. Results The optimum extraction process that was selected by orthogonal design in this program was:the sample was soaked for 60 minutes with 10 times amount of water and extracted for 30 minutes.Conclusion The extraction process is simple, reliable and suitable for practical use.
