使用输尿管镜钬激光治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣

目的探讨输尿管镜下钬激光治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣的安全性和有效性。方法麻醉后在输尿管镜下用钬激光汽化或切除疣体,术后住院观察3～5d,随诊时间3～6个月。结果本组9例手术时间15～60min,平均32min,术中无尿道穿孔,导尿管留置时间3～5d,随访半年无尿道狭窄,2例复发经再次钬激光治疗,随访半年未再复发。结论输尿管镜下钬激光治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣是一种安全、有效的方法。

Ureteroscope and holmium laser for the treatment of urethral condyloma acuminate

Objective To evalutate the efficacy and safety of holmium laser resection under ureteroscope for treatment of urethral condyloma acuminate. Methods Transurethral resection by holmium laser under ureteroscope was undertaken for 9 cases of urethral condyloma acuminate. Results The mean operation time was 32 min (15～60 min), none had urethra perforation. After 6 months follow-up, no urethral stenosis was found, However 2 cases was found to have have recurrence after 3 months. After retreatment again,, these two cases hadn't no recurrence.in the period of 6 months follow up. Conclusion Transurethral holmium laser technique was safe and effective for the treatment of urethral condyloma acuminate.
