| 摘 要： | 目的:了解基层医院医务人员的心理状况.方法:采用症状自评量表-90对98名基层医务人员进行问卷调查,对调查所得结果进行相关的统计学分析.结果:基层医务人员的强迫、恐怖、偏执和精神病性因子分高于全国常模.男性医务人员的焦虑及偏执因子得分均高于女性;高学历的医务人员强迫症状及抑郁因子分均较低学历者高;工作年限小于或等于10年的基层医务人员的敌对因子分较工作年限超过10年者高,而精神病性因子分则较低.结论:基层医务人员存在一定的心理问题,提示在医院管理工作中应注意此问题.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the psychological status of medical staff in primary hospital.Methods:Ninety-eight medical staff in a town hospital were evaluated by symptom check list-90(SCL-90).The results were analyzed with statistical method.Results:The scores of force symptom,phobophobia,paranoid ideation and psychosis factor of medical staff in primary hospital were significantly higher than that of national adults in China.The scores of anxiety and paranoid ideation were higher in male than those in female.... |
