| Abstract: | Strategy management is widely used in company operation, and played a significant role. It would promote hospital development, if hospital strengthened its strategy management. This article will discuss the necessity to formulate strategic planning, point out that hospital strategic planning is significant for hospital survival and development in competition, describe the methods of strategy formulating and the specific implementation procedure, and summarize the implementation situation of development strategy in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital. |
