| 摘 要： | [目的]观察天灸疗法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征（IBS）的临床疗效。[方法]将78例患者随机分为两组。治疗组39例,以天灸疗法治疗;对照组39例,以黄连素治疗。30d后进行疗效观察。[结果]治疗组总有效率为87.2%,对照组为61.5%,两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗前后两组主要症状改善情况比较,差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。[结论]天灸疗法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征有较好的临床疗效。
