Pulmonary hypertension associated with echocardiographic pseudohypertrophic subaortic stenosis |

| Abstract: | An echocardiographic study of a 67-year-old patient with pseudoidiopathic hypertrophic subaortic stenosis due to secondary pulmonary hypertension is reported. Autopsy revealed findings consistent with pulmonary hypertension, and no evidence of idiopathic subaortic stenosis was found. |
