Nuss手术治疗小儿漏斗胸

目的：介绍胸腔镜辅助下行Nuss手术治疗小儿漏斗胸的手术方法、并发症。方法：胸腔镜辅助下行Nuss手术治疗10例漏斗胸，其中男7例，女3例，平均年龄5岁3个月（2岁5个月～12岁）。结果：10例均顺利完成手术，手术时间为60min～90min；患者均用钢支撑架；术后平均住院天数为9d；随访9～12个月。并发症为术后气胸1例，1例间接性疼痛。结论：胸腔镜辅助下行Nuss手术治疗漏斗胸手术方法安全可靠。患者手术修复的最佳时机为6～12岁。

Treatment of pectus excavatum by Nuss procedure

Objective To introduce the procedure and complication of minimally invasive operation (Nuss procedure) for pectus excavatum repairing.Method Ten patients suffered from pectus excavtum were corrected by Nuss procedure under thoracoscope, 7 were boys and 3 were girls. The average age was 5 years and 3 mouths (from 2 years and 5 mouths to 12 years).Results Ten patients all had completion of their procedure successfully. The operation time ranged from 60 to 90 min. All the patients were utilized a single steel support bar. The average post-operative hospital stay was 9 days. The duration of following up was 9~12 mouths. The complication was one case of pneumothorax and one case of persistent pain.Conclusion Nuss procedure under thoracoscope is a safe, minimally invasive surgery, and the excellent age ranges from 6 to 12 years.
