镇江市家蝇抗药性调查

摘    要:目的掌握镇江市近年来家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗性状况,为化学防治提供参考依据。方法点滴法。结果镇江市家蝇抗性与江苏省敏感品系抗性相比较都处于较高水平,其中溴氰菊酯抗性系数达到1 990,为最高;高效氯氰菊酯最低,为24.96;敌敌畏为680.17。结论增加家蝇抗药性监测频次和种类,合理使用杀虫剂,可以减缓抗性的产生和发展。

Abstract:Objective To grasp the status of housefly's resistance to insecticides in Zhenjiang city,and study its control strategy.Methods Using topical application method.Results The resistance of housefly in Zhenjiang and sensitive strains of Jiangsu Province were at a high level,the resistance coefficient of deltamethrin was 1 990,it's the highest.Beta-cypermethrin was the lowest,was 24.96,dichlorvos was 680.17.Conclusion It is necessary to increase the frequency and types of housefly's resistance monitor and use insecticides reasonably,it can also slow down the development of resistance.
