| 摘 要： | 采集５２例消化道肿瘤患者（１０例食管癌、２１例胃癌、２１例结肠癌）外周血，分离出血浆和血细胞，测定其超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）活性，血细胞过氧化氢酶（ＣＡＴ）和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（ＧＳＷ－Ｐｘ）活性，并与４８例健康人进行了比较。与对照组相比，肿瘤患者血浆ＣｕＺｎＳＯＤ和血细胞ＣｕＺｎＳＯＤ、ＧＳＨ－ｐｘ活性显著降低，ＣＡＴ有较大的可变性，但没有统计学差别。结果提示：血中抗氧化酶活性的改变可视为组织受损的一个指标。

| Abstract: | The plasma and blood cells were isolated from the peripheral blood of 52 patients with carcinoma in the digestive tract(10 cases of esophageal carcinoma,21 cases of gastric cancer and 21 cases of intestinal carcinoma).Superoxide dismutase (SOD)activities in the plasma and blood cells were analysed;catalase(CAT)and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px)in the blood cells were measured.The results were compared with those obtained from 48 normal controls.The activity of CuZnSOD in the plasma of patients with tumor was significantly lower than that of the controls(P<0.05).Significant decrease of SOD activity(P<0.01) and GSH-Px activity(P<0.002) were found in the blood cells of the patients with tumor as compared with that of the controls,whereas CAT was very variable,but no difference was found.The results suggest that the changes of the anti-oxidant enzymes activity in blood may be regarded as a sign of the tissue damages. |
