腺样体切除术在治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎中的意义

摘    要:目的探讨腺样体切除术在治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎中的意义。方法2006年5月-2007年3月我科住院的儿童慢性鼻窦炎伴腺样体肥大患儿50例,随机分为AB两组,A组30例为治疗组,B组20例为对照组,A组药物治疗加腺样体切除术,B组单纯药物治疗。治疗3个月和6个月后评价疗效。结果3月后对照组有效率90.0%,治疗组有效率96.6%,两组疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05)。6月后对照组有效率60.0%,治疗组有效率93.3%,两组疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论儿童慢性鼻窦炎伴腺样体肥大的患儿,治疗上除了系统的药物治疗之外,还要行腺样体切除术,可提高疗效,尤其以远期疗效显著。

Abstract:Objective To explore the significance of adenoidectomy in children with chronic nasal sinusitis. Methods From July, 2006 to March, 2007, 50 children with chronic nasal sinusitis attended our department, and they were randomly divided into treatment (n= 30, drug therapy plus adenoidectomy) and control groups (n=20, drug therapy alone). After 3-month and 6-month treatment, the efficiency was evaluated respectively. Results After 3-month treatment, the efficiency of control group was 90.0%, and the treatment group was 96.6%; the efficiency between the two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05). After 6-month treatment, the efficiency of control group was 60.0%, and the treatment group was 93.3%; the efficiency difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The combination of adenoidectomy and drug therapy could increase the efficiency of children with chronic nasal sinusitis and adenoid hypertrophy, especially the long-term efficacy.
