摘    要:目的探讨积件系统在全科医学教育中的应用效果。方法选择学员200名随机分成实验组和对照组,每组100名。对照组采用常规教学方法,实验组采用积件系统教学方法,并对其应用进行了问卷调查与教学效果分析。结果80%的学员认为积件可以提高学习兴趣;而90%的学员认为能够促进知识的巩固;两组学员比较,学习成间差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论积件系统有助于提高全科医学学员的学习效率和效果。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application of integrable ware in the general medicine education and its benefits.Methods Totally 200 students were randomly divided into two groups,namely trial and control group,with 100 in each.Conventional teaching method was used in the control group,and in the trial group integrable ware system was taken additionally.The effects of the two methods were investigated by questionnaires and analyzed.Results Some 80 % of the students held that the integrable ware could increase the interest of learning,and 90 % of the students believed that it could promote the consolidation of learning knowledge.Compared with the control group,the mark in the trial group was obviously improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The Integrable ware system is helpful to improving the learning efficiency and effect for students in general practice.
