| 摘 要： | 为研究刺梨根防治胃病，保护胃粘膜的药用价值和作用机理，采用刺香根煎液进行预防应激性溃疡的动物实验。结果表明，刺梨根煎液可显著减轻应激性溃疡致胃粘膜损伤的严重程度，明显降低过氧化脂质的升高，并显著提高超氧化物歧化酶的活力。研究认为，刺香根煎液防治应激性溃疡的机理可能与其抗氧自由基的作用有关。

| Abstract: | In order to study pharmaceutical value and function mechanism of root of Rose roxburghii Tratt on prevention and treatment gastric disease and gastric mucosal defence,animal experiments of prevention of stress ulcer were done,useing decoction of root of Rose roxburghii Tratt(DRRT).The results showed that DRRT can singnificantly reduce degrees of gastric mucosal injury by stress ulcer ( P <0.01),remarkable decrease lipid peroxides content ( P <0.01),significanthy increased superoxides dismutase activities ( P <0.01).It is suggested that mechanism of DRRT on prevention and strectment stress ulcer be associated with its scavenging function of the oxygen free radicals. |
