摘    要:目的:比较分析大一新生的适应状况,为心理健康教育提供科学依据。方法:应用教育部《中国大学生适应量表》对1 681名某学院大一新生进行问卷调查。结果:女生在总分及学习、校园生活、择业、自我适应、人际关系适应低于常模且差异显著(P〈0.01);非独生子女和农村生源新生除情绪适应良好外,其余各项适应状况均有待提高。结论:应有针对性地加强对这部分学生的指导,以促进其更快地适应与发展,为今后步入社会奠定基础。

Abstract:Objective: To provide the scientific foundation to the mental health education through the comparative analysis of freshmen's adaption conditions.Method:The questionaire based on 《Chinese student accommodate scale》was used.1 681 freshmen in an institute were investigated.Results:The levels of girls' score,campus life,job selevtion,self-adaption and interpersonal relationship were lower than those of the normal standard(P〈0.01).For the non-only children and the students from countryside,every adaption condition should be improved except emotional adaption.Conclusion:During the carrying out of the mental health education,we should give some pertinent instructions to these students in order to promote the adaption and development,which can lay a solid foundation on for entering society.
